I cooked a large-ish meal for my 4-person family last week and thought I’d share the ‘menu’ before you become inundated with various posts.
I didn’t prepare any separate starters, just a few main course dishes;
– Courgette and Mushroom vegetable tart
– Baked Prawns
– Chicken Wings
– Stuffed peppers
It may seem a little boring but I have never cooked basic chicken wings so wanted to give them a go. For dessert I also made;
– Vanilla Panna Cotta with blueberry coulis
– New York Cheesecake
